Just like that, Fall is upon us. Bring on the changing leaves, cold weather, and flannels! We hope each of you are doing well.
One of the ways that we feel FCA has the potential to make the most impact among high school students is through something we call "Campus Huddles". These are essentially on-campus, student-led Bible Studies. It is a wonderful thing to sit in a classroom on public school campuses and hear the Word of God read aloud by high school students!
In order to see the number of FCA Campus Huddles grow around the state, we need to be connected to students, coaches, and administrators. Would you be willing to think through people in your churches who might be interested in seeing and FCA Campus Huddle come to their local campus? Would you be interested in inviting a local FCA staff member to your youth group or church service to present the idea to your people?
It is our privilege to partner with each of you and your churches to better reach your communities with the gospel of Jesus Christ!

2022-23 CAMPUS HUDDLES
We are excited to begin a new school year of campus huddles! FCA huddles are a place you can point youth in your church to for community and fellowship as they live in a secular environment day-to-day. Huddles are student-led, open to all, and a great place both to find encouragement and growth alongside like-minded peers, as well as a space for conversation about Christ and the gospel for those who are open to learning about Him. Below are the huddles we expect to be active through the 2022-23 school year.

COACHES MINISTRY
We are grateful for the many coaches who are involved with coaches ministry in Maine, and look forward to growing! As always, our heart is to serve coaches and help them become better at what they do. But, our vision is to see coaches growing in their own relationship with Jesus Christ and leading others in a growing relationship as well.
Our first breakfast of the school year was great, and our next gathering is coming right up on Friday, October 7th. We will meet in two locations for the October breakfast, South Portland and Lewiston. If you are a coach, know coaches in your church, or would simply like to attend to learn more about FCA coaches ministry and our plans for the upcoming year, please join us! WE’RE HIRING! A key position we are praying for the right person to step into is the Southern Maine Director Role. FCA Directors play an important role in growing the ministry so we can reach more coaches and athletes with the gospel.
